[OSM-talk] OSM : It's a shame !!!

I've sent CeesW a message asking him to join the discussion here.

Most of his other edits seem legit, but the comment on this changeset
is somewhat remarkable: "... data reconciliation ODbl".

Let's hope he explains himself.
