I agree with Robert completely.  Also, running our own OSQA Help site gives us the flexibility to customize it to the special needs of OSM, even if that means modifying source code.  That includes integration with OSM sites like the map, the wiki, bug tracking, etc.

I'm standing up an OSQA site to support MappingDC as a way to share ideas and promote them within our community.
