As "just some mapper", I'd like to thank everyone who has been working
over the years to get this done - both getting the CTs in place and then
the license conversion. You all did a great and very important job.

When I joined the project, the one thing that made me feel somewhat
strange was that there were no clear terms for contribution. When I
heard that even the license used was unsure to hold up for a database,
that didn't make me feel more at ease. It's great that those things have
finally been settled.

Now I hope we'll clear up the still open questions (e.g. is a vector map
like a Garmin one considered a database or a derived work?), hopefully
put those CT/license flamewar-ish discussions firmly behind us and
instead make this project even strong in both the data set and the
community!
