[OSM-talk] Geofabrik extracts now ODbL and new URL

Hi,

    the daily Geofabrik extracts are now derived from the ODbL planet 
and can be downloaded from here:

http://download.geofabrik.de/openstreetmap/

the old URL, with "osm" instead of "openstreetmap", will remain for a 
while and then be replaced by a notice.
