[OSM-talk] Www.openstreetmap.org Down?

IP address 192.168.1.1 is a local, unroutable address, meaning that it would have to be on your local LAN for you to connect to it.  If that is the address that name servers are giving out for tile.openstreetmap.org, then the wrong information has been supplied to the name servers.
