[OSM-talk] "Application error" at openstreetmap.org

The latest daily replication file is extremely large (6.1G).
The latest hourly replication files from yesterday 10:00 to 22:00 are to
small.
And the replication file for 22:00 were already created at 21:26.

May be this caused the error?
