[OSM-talk] Re-opening a note if necessary?

They have just pushed an update that allows us to re-activate closed tickets if needed now.  I've already done so on an obviously falsely closed note since the person who closed it isn't from the USA and odds are hit the close button by mistake since he didn't do any editing in that area. ;)
