planet-130226.osm.bz2 failed due to server outage again. Next
planet.osm should hopefully be out early 8th March 2013. There is
planned maintenance on 8th March 2013. (To be announced shortly)

Sorry the inconvenience. Planet diffs could be used to update an older
planet.osm to current.
