Just wanted to report anomality in US:

Washington
us/west-virginia
Wisconsin
...

Only west virginia has us prefix on the list:
http://download.geofabrik.de/north-america.html

PS.
Are clip bounds (.poly) still available for download as one compressed 
file, clipbounds.tgz? I would like t get them all, and not download them 
individually one by one?
