[OSM-talk] admin level 2 (country) border polygon oddities

While preparing http://qa.poole.ch/addresses/ a couple of oddities with
the border polygons turned up. Posting here so that locals can fix or at
least review the cases.

Lesotho  http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/2093234
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/88206  near duplicates.

Falkland Islands http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/2185374 
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1979517 two borders, one is
the coastline.

Weird at the US - Mexico border
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/110761

No name tags at all http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/1889338

No name in latin alphabet
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/2560214 while this is not
wrong, it is rather impractical.

No name:en http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/382313
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/378734
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/relation/449220 while it is not
wrong to leave out name:en it would seem to be rather impractical and
suprising for these countries.
