[OSM-talk] convert gpx track to list of ways

Hi,

i have gpx tracks and would like to find out which ways make up the 
traveled route. So from the gpx input, i would like to get a list of 
ways maybe in the form "<way id>, <start node>, <end node>" for each way 
segment that is part of the route.

Are there any tools available that can be used for that?
