[OSM-talk] Note spam

Seriously, what is this and where is it coming from?
http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/57.92258/12.50192&layers=N and the
exact location of http://www.openstreetmap.org/note/215471 seem to be the
most affected areas. I just close notes on these locations with the comment
spam, as that is what it is. Also, there are obscure speed limit notes as
limit 35 km/h, 0 km/h and so on.

I saw it discussed earlier but it seems the discussion died out. It's
starting to get really annoying, and also with all these obvious errors
it's hard to take real error reports from this software (?) seriously.
