[OSM-talk] Release openstreetmap-carto v2.19.0

Dear all,

Today, v2.19.0 of the openstreetmap-carto stylesheet has been
released. It will be rolled out to the openstreetmap.org servers in
one of the next days.

Changes include:

* Improve rendering of labels of highway areas

* Various bug fixes
