[OSM-talk] Wanted: You! to participate in Working Groups

Hi all,

At least two Working Groups are actively recruiting for members to
participate.  I'm[1] calling for you to join in.

You can make a difference, and improve OpenStreetMap for everybody.
One way that you are doing that now, is by mapping your neighbourhood
and improving OpenStreetMap data. If you want to do more, consider
helping out with a Working Group.

You say, "Who? Me?  I'm not qualified!"

I say, "Yes. You probably are qualified." [2][3]

If I had to guess, I would say that the roles to fill right now, are
for organizer types.  If you consider yourself the type to

1) organize and schedule periodic meetings of enthusiastic volunteers
2) record and publish minutes of those meetings

then you could be exactly the type of person needed right now to
reinvigorate established working groups and create new ones.
