[OSM-talk] An empty changeset with an unknow OSM contributor

This french contributor reports an empty changeset with an unknown contributor.

Would this be a bug in the ID editor + API creating an empty changeset ?

Bonjour,

Si je fais http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/changeset/19860227 j'observe que le changeset 19860227 a été réalisé par l'utilisateur user_1871553 dont l'uid est 1871553

Mais si maintenant je fais http://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/user/1871553 pour me renseigner sur cet utilisateur, j'obtiens un fichier vide. 

Pourquoi ?
