Version 2.15.0 of the openstreetmap-carto was just released

There were a lot of behind the scenes cleanups to the style, but two
notable changes are landuse recolouring and track restyling.

Landuse colours have been all over the place with the style, with no
consistency in lightness or colourfulness (chroma).

The recent changes (#599) bring consistent lightness and more consistent
chroma to residential, retail, commercial, industrial, farmland and
farmyard. I've also started expressing colours in a perceptual
colourspace (Lch), although they have to be converted to RGB in the
style. Another change is borders, which are now much more subtle,
particularly for unnamed landuse. They have also been made consistent
across the landuses changed. For farmland, this should help encourage
tagging of individual fields.

Track rendering based on tracktype has been nonsensical. You can see an
example at
https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/issues/136#issuecomment-25240763
of the old types side by side. The changes make it a consistent
progression from tracktype 1 to tracktype 5, with alternating short and
long dashes for no tracktype. If you don't like the unknown tracktype
rendering, go survey it and set it :)
