I think the word "respect" is key here. Changing the tags that someone else
has decided to put is different to entering new data that wasn't there
before. Besides this I haven't mapped in any context where the available
aerial imagery was 10 years old, but would generally suggest to use them
only for areas you do know in person. Around here there are two "main"
aerial imagery sets available dating to 2012 and 2013, and there are some
differences to todays reality already in those.
