[OSM-talk] Foursquare and OSM Note Instructions

Didn't know that. Is it documented somewhere? Not on the wiki about the 
api (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/API_v0.6#Map_Notes_API).
Good to know, anyway, but still unusable for the basic contributor (even 
I would not use it easily).
