[OSM-talk] .poly file for Spain used by Geofabrik

Dear list,

Perhaps there is a reason why the .poly file for Spain used by Geofabrik does not include the Canary Islands (5% of Spain's population). Nonetheless, I am attaching a new .poly file which includes those islands.
