This clearly shows where the problem of the board is and why the 
manifesto of Frederik has such a frustrated mood! Some board members are 
sitting well on their chairs and fear for whatever reason not to be 
relected, hence don't step down. They even don't get involved into the 
discussion here. What a shame for them!
That's not what the board of an "open project" should be...
