Yes, a lot is wrong there. Unclosed areas, multipolygons that don't add 
up, unconnected nodes that belong to waterways that are there, waterways 
that are cut up in strange pieces that should connect but don't.
And to top it off it doesn't line up nicely with bing maps, so fixing it 
is a bit of a puzzle. But I'm doing some now.
