This seems to translate internally to a Nominatim parameter setting of

...&viewbox=a,b,c,d,e

and not (like the working example you gave)

...&viewboxlbrt=a,b,c,d&bounded=1

Perhaps the Nominatim interface now requires the second format and we
still send the first?
