[OSM-talk] Garmin nuvi track recording

Lock on road only affects map display.  Also, I made this video if
anybody's not sure how to set this up on a Nüvi.  I don't own one anymore
and haven't been keeping up on the automotive line lately mostly because
Osmand fits my use case better now.
