[OSM-talk] [Talk-us] Fix missing and wrong oneway ways

Martijn,

When I attempt to install the JOSM plug in it get "Downloading the
following plugin has *failed*:

   - trafficFlowDirection"


JOSM / Java version information:

Version 8964

Java Version 1.8.0_65


Any ideas?
