[OSM-talk] License files

IMHO you need to include the text or URI of
http://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/1-0/ (see 4.2.b) and I would
suggest the same text as suggested for tiles including the URL as text.

I would suggest calling the file LICENCE.txt or similar :-)
