Indeed, and we did actually put some protection in place which is why I 
was surprised to see it again.

But it turns out that it wasn't that. Jon Burgess figured out that it 
was somebody scraping the PDF download and they have now been blocked 
and things were much better today so I plan to roll it out this evening.
