This is really impressive, can't wait to test this special instance of iD :)
The road you went along since early 2015 brings a lot of positive things
Telecom tags consistency needs to be tidier, especially for towers, masts,
poles or whatever.
Your tools may help a lot to do so and find missing objects.

I remember of a talk about man_made=MDF and imho it doesn't sound to be the
best solution.
Because main distribution frame is only a particular component inside a
whole central office.

MDF can be mapped with dedicated features if mappers know exactly where
they are in (sometimes) big buildings.
The example you show is a building hosting many different kind of devices
and equipment and we'd better call them "central office".
telecom=central_office and building=yes (at least).
That's the point of this proposal
