Sure you can. A low tech approach could be to create an overpass query that
gives you all the addresses in an area and exports it as a CSV. Then use a
spreadsheet software to identify duplicate cases (easiest is to sort by the
three attributes and make a new variable that checks if the previous case
is the same as the current one).
