[OSM-talk] Duplicate ways in multipolygon relations

Unfortunately OGR2OSM doesn’t appear to me to split common ways and delete duplicates between relations/polygons at first glance on running the program on a test shapefile, which may be prudent anyway, though I would prefer it was able to do it. 
OGR2OSM will likely be useful in with the tags.
