I would like to explicitly apologize for the long delay in responding to
the issues raised, which is completely my fault because I wanted to get
the text in front of everybody before the central European holiday
season. Even though there was a rather high probability that neither
Michael, the LWG or myself would have the bandwidth to actually engage
in a discussion during the month of June.
