I just noticed this question on Quora:

What is this place on Google Maps? https://goo.gl/maps/qF8YXxr86zo

  https://www.quora.com/unanswered/What-is-this-place-on-Google-Maps-https-goo-gl-maps-qF8YXxr86zo

The coordinates are 8.3584444,115.2372584 and the object referred to
appears to be a house-sized structure, on Commodore Reef, in the South
China Sea

There is nothing showing on OSM at that location.

Anyone fancy doing a survey? ;-)

Also, there is a node on the reef with name=Northeast Shea
