Actually it is doable. The TAM-5, 11-pound RC plane, flew 1,888 miles
from Canada to Ireland over the Atlantic ocean in 38 hours still in 2003
[1].
The distance from Puerto Princesa City, Philippines, to this reef is
only 265 miles. And the technology is much better now. A RC plane of
this small size is invisible to radars.
It would be about ten hours flight. Nowadays electric RC gliders can
stay in the air times longer [2]. Certainly, such a flight is possible
only with a good weather forecast for the whole route.
