[OSM-talk] Street Complete

I agree for improvements, but here you can discuss the sense or nonsense of
a feature in an app. The Github is not the place for a discussion. I think,
you can ask yourself why you need to add surface to a street. For the UK
you can count that streets are paved, but that doesn't count for a lot of
countries.
