[OSM-talk] any local mappers for Mauritania floating round?

About five years ago one mapper appears to have mapped many thousand street
blocks as buildings.

Then in 2016/10 another mapper has come along and removed the tags of
roughly 10,000 of these so they are currently untagged.

There are still 14,000 plus buildings tagged by the original mapper.  Most
of which are street blocks.

Local input would help.

Any other suggestions on how to clean it up?
