Hint for overpass turbo users: you should still be able to run your
queries via the HTTP URL for the time being:

http://overpass-turbo.eu

Overpass turbo uses protocol relative URLs for most Overpass servers (
e.g. "//overpass-api.de/api/"). By running overpass turbo via http, all
requests to the Overpass backend should also use HTTP.
