[OSM-talk] Presenting the Open Data Geoportal of Tirana

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share with you that we (OpenStreetMap Albanian community),
collaborated with municipality of Tirana and they donated us geospatial
data with a compatible license with OSM. To use the data we have now our
first geoportal which was built using MapServer and Apache.
