I am the admin of routing.openstreetmap.de and would like to propose to
add it to the directions back ends selectable on openstreetmap.org

routing.openstreetmap.de is sponsored by FOSSGIS, the German local
chapter. It runs OSRM with a car, bike and foot profile. For more
