According to the Dutch forum, the following URLs should work:

tms[3,17]:http://globalheat.strava.com/tiles/cycling/color2/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png
tms[3,17]:http://globalheat.strava.com/tiles/running/color2/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png
