[OSM-talk] OSM based mobile app that allows additional vector data to be loaded

Naturally you can load gps files (with way points) in Vespucci too, but
probably more relevant to the question: you can load custom task files a
simplified OSMOSE format. Low priority I've been thinking of adding a
"GIS data" layer support, I'm just not quite sure the use case really
exists.
