The hyphen/dash  is not a good choice for separating multiple languages because it occasionally occurs in names, e.g. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castrop-Rauxel
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dessau-Roßlau
etc.

Not sure about the slash (it sometimes occurs in German short names, e.g. Frankfurt/Main, Frankfurt/Oder), but it seems a tad better.
