[OSM-talk] How are you dealing with projects not following Organized Editing Guidelines?

Have you had any challenges getting local projects and initiatives to
follow the minimum requirements set forth in the Organized Editing
Guidelines (OEG)?

For many projects, especially those who've been conducting of organized
editing in the past, they don't seem to be aware, or worse, are ignoring
these guidelines.

Sometimes, we only get to find out about projects after the fact, when we
notice a huge surge in edits for example, or encounter issues related to
new contributors adding edits.

In our community in the Philippines, we've always encouraged these project
organizers (especially if we know people involve in them) to document their
efforts on the Wiki in the past, and the OEG definitely expanded what we
should expect from them. Compliance, however, is another matter.
