[OSM-talk] [Talk-us] Bombing, AT&T building, Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

I'm confused. Was the AT&T building somehow the target of this bombing? I
can't find any reports that say it would be. Obviously there is a lot of
damage and because of that mobile phone service is disrupted across the
city. But that's the extent of the aftermath I could dig up.
