Hi Simon,

My internet access provider provide IP TV. If I`m late to pay my TV display a message saying I cannot look at stream until my debt is payed and this is perfectly legal even it targets me precisely.
My Internet access provider don't break into my appartment neither modify my TV, this is just the stream it sent to me.
In the case that interest us this is the stream of tile that is modified in the same way except this is due to a non-respect of license instead of a debt.
