BTW, if you never edited wiki
then you need to sign up at
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Special:CreateAccount&returnto=Microgrants%2FMicrogrants+2020
Your usual OSM account will now work (unfortunately).
And endorsement will be treated more seriously if made
from an account (for bonus points - edit your user page
on wiki and OSM to mention that both accounts are operated
by single user).
If you are confused by wiki feel free to ask for help
(it should be OK to do this also on a mailing list, right?).
If you want to to fix/improve/expand some documentation on wiki
- it may be a good moment to do that :)
Even single fixed typo is helpful.
-----------------
As one of proposal authors: please give feedback
even, and especially if, proposal seems confusing, pointless
and a waste of money.
It is likely that maybe proposal is actually a good idea, but
something is unclear, may be clarified or improved.
It applies at least to my proposal, in specific case of my
proposal I am also fine with a direct feedback without
going around topic and excessive politeness.
If something is problematic, unclear, confusing then please let me know.
It is also explicitly noted in the first paragraph,
of the proposal text.
I will not link proposal directly - it is better to avoid spam with
authors linking to their own proposal under flimsy pretenses.

> Greetings on behalf of the OSMF Microgrant Program Committee!
>
> We have closed the call for proposals for this first ever iteration of the program. We are already beginning the evaluation process for the submitted proposals, which consist of promising projects that aim to have a positive impact in the OSM community.
>
> Now that all proposals are on the OSM Wiki, we invite the community to add their endorsement in the endorsements section of each proposal they support, and also click the "give feedback" button on the description to add any questions or comments if they wish. The committee will bear this community interaction in mind in our decision-making.
>
> Feedback will be accepted until Thursday morning, 21 May 2020 (midnight Pacific time US, 9am Central European Time, 7pm New Zealand time). After this time the committee will make haste to arrive at a final decision.
>
> Please consult the OSM Wiki page here to see the project links: > https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Microgrants/Microgrants_2020
>
> We are pleased to receive community feedback on the proposals and look forward to arriving at a decision as soon as possible in order to commence the projects.
