[OSM-talk] Maps.me comments and OSM notes [Was: Your experience in reaching out to Maps.me users ?]

Now I understand the occurrence of Maps.me POI simultaneously with a 
redundant note. This is even worse than I imagined.

I searched the Maps.me issues tracker for "is:issue comment note" and 
found nothing reporting that behaviour.
