[OSM-talk] Migration of iD authentication from OAuth1.0 to OAuth2.0

For checking this and possibly proposing some changes the issue tracker of
software project is a standard location.

In this case it is  https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues

I have not found issue covering it so maybe it is not yet raised topic,
but I was not looking hard for it.
