[OSM-talk] Reminder - OSMF Membership renewal for the upcoming AGM

To clarify, the Dec 4 deadline is only relevant if you are currently a 
member but are in arrears for less than a year. If that is you, you 
should pay before Dec 4 to ensure you will get a ballot.

If you are not currently a member, you should become one :) but you 
won't be eligible to vote in the upcoming board elections and any other 
AGM votes in 2021. To be eligible, you need to have been a member or 
associate member for the full 90 days prior to the AGM date, see
