[OSM-talk] is this allowed ?

I am a bit divided about this. Looking at the changset and everything in it I would classify it as spam and would have liked to be removed completely.
But, it apparently is a genuine business with a physical presence, as such it has a place in OSM.

I just don't like the way it was entered.
