I do not think that was it, 
 
the changeset was a medical diagnosis; 
its effect can be long or short term, depending on how long and how much you’ve been using it. Because the chemicals 
in these substances target your nervous system, it will affect you both psychologically and physically.
 
the  description   was a medical ad;
Different types of drugs have different effects on your body. For example, hallucinogens like LSD distort your sense of 
reality while stimulants heighten your awareness.
 
and the user profile, was, was an ad;
 
Which still begs the question, people that create an account, and do not edit, just to use there profile page
to promote there business, spam ? 
Is the user profile page where the ad appears spam ? 
Is putting an ad on a user's profile page with no intention of ever editing spam ?
