Are all these requests handled in your comfort zone?
For my part, I have watched all the 1st changeset in France for 1 year,
it is a titanic task, I have talked about it many times with the local
community, the sad reality is that not many people are interested in it,
it is indeed quite discouraging to note that the majority of them do not
answer and do not correct the errors reported.

As for setting up a working group, once again I think it is better to
use existing tools first, Pascal Neis's tool for example allows you to
easily target the requests that have not received any response.
therefore by answering, you automatically update the list.
all that remains is to propose a filter on the language, if you are at
least in a strongly multi-lingual area.
